Designed Kuwait's first digital wallet end-to-end and built a cross-country team of 4 from zero. Led user research at India's 3rd largest bank, conducting 50+ interviews and led UX of 12+ banking journeys informed by those insights. Led product design at Joveo from research through launch, designing conversational recruiter flows, championing embedded research practice across the team. Increased productivity by 3x for HDFC Home's loan appraisers, leading a team of 3 designers through the redesign.
